Before you register
- 1. Get your details ready. You will need your player's birth date, division, guardian contact details and a birth certificate (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 3 MB).
- 2. Complete the form here. Read the Athlete Waiver, Terms and Conditions, and Youth Playbook. If your player needs a team, enter “Free agent.”
- 3. Pay with Shopify. The flag league fee is $125. Shopify shows your final total and available payment options.
- 4. Watch for team placement. IN SZN will confirm your player's team.

Does my player need a team?
No. Enter Free agent in the team and coach field so IN SZN can help with placement.
Will my child's information be public?
Contact details, birth dates, documents and registration responses are private. Public roster entries require separate guardian permission and staff approval.
Is tackle registration open?
The tackle form collects interest and planning details only. It does not take payment or reserve a place.
What if I leave checkout?
Use Check payment status in the same browser tab to return to checkout. Contact IN SZN if you no longer have that tab.
Can I buy a shirt or donate?
Available optional products appear before checkout. Shirts are purchased separately; a free shirt is not included with registration.
